As a Talent Agent, you are responsible for the scheduling of Fun and Faith Artist Collective under management. These talented artists are managed by Fun and Faith and the role requires working alongside various talents assigned. By actively seeking market opportunities for our roster of talent, the Talent Agent will work independently and with the core team to place our talent into venues.

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Talent Agent to join our team. As a Talent Agent, you will play a critical role in representing and promoting the careers of talented individuals in the entertainment industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, confident, and has a deep understanding of the industry.
Talent Agent Responsibilities & Duties

Identifying and recruiting new talent in various entertainment fields such as music, film, television, and theater

Networking and building relationships with industry professionals such as producers, directors, and casting agents
-
Negotiating contracts and securing work opportunities for clients
-
Managing client finances and providing financial guidance and support
-
Promoting clients' work and careers through various channels such as social media, press releases, and industry events
-
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
-
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client activities and finances

Talent Agent Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Entertainment, Business, Communications)

Previous experience as a talent agent or in a related industry
-
Proven track record of successful client placements

Extensive network of industry contacts

Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation tactics

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-
Passion for the entertainment industry and talent development

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in multiple languages an asset

Bachelor's degree in entertainment management, business, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in the entertainment industry, with a focus on talent representation

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Strong network of industry contacts and relationships

Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and securing work opportunities for clients

Familiarity with industry-standard contracts and agreements
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to help clients succeed
